E-Gift Card Information

Delivery

• E-gift cards are sent digitally to the email used at checkout.

• If you’d like it sent directly to the recipient, please include their email and a gift note in the checkout Notes section.

• No physical card will be posted.

• Allow 1–3 working days for delivery (excludes bank holidays and website closures).

Using Your E-Gift Card

• Each card includes a unique, one-time-use code redeemable only on (our website).

• If the full amount isn’t used, a credit voucher for the remaining balance will be emailed to the address on the original order.

Code Support

• Once the e-gift card has been emailed, we’re unable to resend it if it’s lost or deleted.

• If you have any issues with the code, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Refunds

• E-gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

• Returns for items bought with an e-gift card will be refunded as store credit.

Validity & Limits

• E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

• Issued in GBP and redeemable in GBP only.

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Other Important Information

• We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

• Gift cards must not be resold or used for promotional purposes without permission.

• Use of the e-gift card confirms acceptance of these terms.
