RETURNS INFORMATION

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If you request a return near the end of your 30 days but you can't return it to us for some reason due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch - any refund will be at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the returns form.

 

Outlet & Sale Orders

Items in our outlet section are limited to a 14 days returns policy. which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.. If you request a refund on the 14th day, it must be posted back to us within 5 working days of that request.

 

How To Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ksjgroup.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll organise a returns label for your items free of charge for UK customers.

Please note: You are required to print the returns label at home, at this time our carrier does not offer QR codes but we are hoping to provide this option in the future. 

Once your item has been received at Sunshine Soul HQ we will issue your refund.

Processing Times

We aim to process your return within 5-7 working days on receipt of item to our HQ.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
